In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and
members of their party do hereby release and discharge College Bound AZ, its event sponsors, employees, and volunteers of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that maybe suffered by any entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the forgoing entities, firms, persons from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant under the direction or control of entrant. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to dismiss anyone for unacceptable conduct at our discretion.

All monies collected for participation in Chicago Fest West are considered a tax deductible donation to College Bound AZ and as such are nonrefundable.

I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event.

1. Space is limited to 200 cars.  Register early!  
2. Awards will be made upon judging. Judging is conducted by car show staff. Winners will be announced at 3 pm. Vehicles may be moved no earlier than 3 pm with assistance from car show staff.
3. A coordinator from the event will be on-site to assist you in locating your space as well as addressing special needs that you may have throughout the event.  Participants must be in place at least one hour before the start of the car show.
4. Cancellations. Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by College Bound AZ. Car owners with unforeseen circumstances who notify College Bound AZ at least 21 days prior to the event can receive a credit for next year’s event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.  In the event of rain, Chicago Fest West will be rescheduled.
